Return & Exchange Policy – Swargashram Gems Emporium
At Swargashram Gems Emporium, every product is packed with care and positive energy.
Since we deal in healing stones, crystal bracelets, gemstones, and spiritual accessories, hygiene and product quality are our top priorities.
1. No Return / Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in cases where:
- The product is damaged during transit, or
- You have received the wrong item.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You must share:
- An unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened (without cuts or edits), and
- Clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement product, or
- Store credit (depending on product availability).
3. Conditions for Replacement
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
- We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet our policy conditions.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
5. Refunds
- We do not offer refunds unless the issue is verified as a genuine case of damaged or wrong delivery.
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
